Spiritual Philosophy
Phoenix Light is a community not for profit group to promote awareness of our connectedness with our true selves within nature and the universe where each individual is granted the freedom to explore their spirituality in their own unique way.
We use the word spirituality in the widest possible sense. Spirituality does not necessarily equate with religion. True spirituality is more about being able to explore our higher creative self.
Phoenix Light is not a religious group and does not have a belief system. We do, however, have one guiding principle and that is FREEDOM OF SPIRITUAL EXPRESSION. Each person is granted the freedom to hold their own beliefs in a spiritual safe space. Every human being is a unique expression of the same divine creator. Wisdom and love are, therefore, the true spiritual scriptures that are contained within the hearts of each individual's soul.
As we develop as human beings we are given the opportunity to adjust or change our view of life and the universe in which we live in from the perspective of our own unique life experiences. It gives us an opportunity to reconsider our own personal values based upon our own personal evolutionary growth.
Through meditation, prayer, Mindfulness, relaxation techniques, spending time in nature and perhaps by expressing ourselves through a creative pursuit, we may endeavour to quieten our conscious mind and allow our higher unconscious mind to enter into our everyday lives. This will help to connect one’s inner understanding of our own life's experiences and by doing so will bring a deeper meaning to our own personal values. Every experience we have in life, good or bad is an opportunity to understand ourselves better and to, therefore, examine our true inner values. By being more connected with ourselves and the spiritual universe within and around us, life's experiences can become more enriched.
Exploring Our Natural Holistic Awareness
We provide opportunities for our members to explore their inner spiritual potential. Mediumship and energy healing are natural gifts that for many lie dormant within the human psyche.
These abilities, more often than not, remain unexplored because the gaze of the human consciousness’ are largely diverted away towards the concrete world of materialism.
The distraction of this materialistic existence and the narrow versions of the truth provided by our various established institutions in which we are governed by, blinds us to the true essence of who we really are.
We are far more than just this physical body and we have the potential and opportunities within our life on this Earth to be much more.
Here at Phoenix Light you can explore the innate potential that each and every human has at their disposal, to be able to receive healing for yourselves and to be able to administer to others. To become more connected to our subtle energy bodies where it becomes possible to communicate with our higher spiritual guides in connection with our emotional and mental bodies from soul to soul. This is commonly termed Mediumship, and always has been the spiritual birth right of every human soul on this planet.
Earth a School of Learning
Humanity’s birth right is to not be denied the truth about who we really are. To know that the span of life that we now lead on this plane of existence that we call Earth is just like the blinking of an eye. We must understand that this is not our real life. This life is just a short stop off from our true spiritual existence within eternity. We lived a life before we were born and we will continue living after so called death.
The life we now live is merely a school of learning. Once we understand this on a deeper level then much of the turmoil we may experience within ourselves in this present reality will slowly make sense, helping us to come to terms with our own particular experiences as exercises in understanding ourselves better. This doesn’t mean that our problems will go away. It just means that we may view our experiences good or bad as a positive test of learning about who we really are and to help us to intuitively understand where we fit into the nature of the Universe. That is to come to terms more with our inner consciousness and feel more connected with our environment and our higher spiritual selves. Religion may describe this as God.
Our Physical Illusion
We are much more than just a physical body. The physical body is nothing more than just energy that resonates at a low frequency of vibration. Physicality is just a perception. The reason we don’t perceive our physical body as energy is because the whole physical universe vibrates at the same frequency including our five senses which can only detect this physical vibration and so appears solid. In other words we are blind to the rest of the universe which in actual fact contains 99.995% of that which we cannot detect. This is not a belief but is a scientific understanding.
It has been known to be scientifically true for many years. When our physical body dies we are left with our subtle energy bodies including our true spiritual self.
Earth The Physical Dimension
Quantum physics understands the physical world to be an illusion of solidity, whilst other dimensions are scientifically understood to co exist with our dimension on a different vibrational frequency. Our physical world is just another vibrational dimension.
Mainstream science debunks the inter dimensional evidence not because it can prove it, but because it cannot understand it. In fact this concept is merely built upon a belief system based on an inability to comprehend our present true reality. Much has been lost to the human potential by peddling these false scientific theories popularly broadcast by the media resulting in the ridiculing of individuals and groups who follow their own unique spiritual pathway and by doing so they are also actively demonstrating the illusory concept of a narrow physical reality.
The use of screen dramas and documentary style programmes results in a type of subliminal conditioning to the public by deliberately or unintentionally steering people away from the truth.
Guardian Angels and Many Mansions
There are many higher spiritual dimensions where spiritual teachers and healers who with our permission make themselves available to bring guidance on our ‘spiritual pathways’ on Earth. We may be unaware of them, but they are constantly around us to influence us on an unconscious level. In reacquainting ourselves with our true spiritual potential, then we can also become more conscious of their presence.
They are our ‘Guardian angels’. They are not here to teach spirituality as the only ones to teach us spirituality are ourselves. What they are here to do is to guide us, encourage us, be there for us in our most difficult times and to help to inspire us to make the best choices in life. It’s up to us to release the shackles of materialism in order for us to be more receptive to these inspirational thoughts, giving us the opportunity to link in to our higher consciousness.
Personal Responsibility
Remember, Spirituality is not religion. It doesn’t depend on a belief system or even a belief in a divine creator. Spirituality merely means our higher creative self. It exists on an unconscious level. A belief system is only an intellectual construct. A belief in God, therefore, does not equate to being Spiritual in nature. The acid test for this Spiritual reality is the level to how we treat others, ourselves and our environment. To connect with the part of our soul that has the ability to express unconditional love (spirit).
At the end of the day we have free will and we must take full responsibility for our own actions, thoughts and deeds. We still have to do the hard work in life and we cannot be relinquished of our own responsibility for the things that we say, think and do on this Earth. Forgiveness doesn’t absolve us of this responsibility, but it may enable us to move on and learn from our ‘mistakes’. Remember this as well. Forgiveness is a two way street.
Free Will
As free human beings we have the choice to make a difference. It is more important to demonstrate unconditional love than follow any belief system. If as a human being we choose to take a more spiritual pathway then we can look within ourselves and ask to choose that pathway.
We are a microcosm of a wider spiritual macro Universe. In other words we are a microscopic part of the divine creator. We are ourselves a part of the divine. A co-creator for good or bad. What we do, think and feel will have an effect on ourselves, others and ultimately the universe. The Butterfly effect is constantly affecting the Earth we live on. We can choose to go along in life as we have been doing for most of our lives believing that we are a victim of our circumstances or we may decide we want to take that metaphorical ‘red pill’ and start out on a voyage of inner enlightenment knowing that we are empowered to live the life we were meant to.
Remember, all that is being offered is the truth and to get to know the divine creator that is inside of ourselves. What you do with that knowledge is up to you.
